At House of Rey, every piece is crafted with care and love. As a small business, we put immense effort into ensuring the best quality for our customers. While we currently do not offer refunds, we’ve designed our exchange process to make sure you have a smooth shopping experience.

Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
  • To request an exchange, please fill out our Exchange Request Form. 
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our House of Rey unit, and once we receive and inspect it, we'll send the exchange item.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per item.

Important: All exchanges must be arranged by the customer through a third-party delivery service. Please ensure that delivery charges are prepaid — we will not accept any packages that arrive with unpaid delivery fees or cash on delivery (COD) requests.
House of Rey is not responsible for coordinating or covering delivery for exchange shipments.

No Refunds

As a passionate, homegrown brand, we currently do not offer refunds. Every piece is made with dedication, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to grow.
