Domestic Shipping (Within India)

At House of Rey, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered quickly, securely, and hassle-free.

Delivery Timeline
All orders are typically delivered within 5–9 working days.
(Note: Working days exclude weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays.)

Payment Information
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

  • UPI
  • Other major online payment platforms

Note: We currently do not support partial payments, EMI options, or split payment plans.

Order Updates
You will receive regular updates on your order status via SMS and email.

Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification. Unfortunately, we may not be able to assist with delivery-related issues reported after this time.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹1,499
  • Standard Shipping Fee applies to orders below ₹1,499
