Shipping and Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

At House of Rey, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-9 working days at a flat rate of ₹120.

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 working days at ₹350, (subject to availability).NOTE: Working days exclude weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays.

  • Payment Options: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made through Debit cards, Credit cards , RuPay cards, UPI , GPay , Paytm , Phonepe and other online payment platforms.

  • Full Payment Only: Orders must be paid in full at checkout, including the product amount, taxes, and shipping charges.

  • There is no option for partial payments, EMIs, or half-and-half payment plans.

Order Updates


You will receive automated SMS or email notifications to keep you updated on your order’s status.

Important Information

  • Working days exclude weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays.

  • If your parcel status indicates "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please inform us within 24 hours. Beyond this time frame, we may not be able to assist with delivery-related issues.
